    Zawadi Bengals Charity BBQ 2009

Not long now to wait for our Annual Zawadi Bengals Charity BBQ 2009. We are hoping that the sun will shine on us on the 12th July and look forward to meeting you all again to have lots of fun (and your wallets emptied!). We hope to raise record amounts this year for AfriCat...you have been warned!

We have lots of exciting things going on and our little piggy has been named ......it had to be......Swine Fever! Previously we had Horrace the Hog and Horatio Hog. I hope 'Swine Fever' lives up to expectations, chosen by Stu so it should be good!

    Horatio Hog...yum....

You should have had your email confirmation but if you are unable to come please advise us ASAP as we have other people who would like to attend.

    Cattica Show

We attended the Cattica Show this Saturday 16th May and had a super day. Joanna Lumley was there filming for a show going out on ITV 1 in September time - Joanna Lumley, Catwoman.

We had some super results and a great day out.

Gr Ch & Imp. Gr Pr. Zawadi Shamwari (AKA Clawed) attended his first TICA show. He got 1st in Colour and Division in 5 out of 6 rings and 2nd Best of Breed also. Owned by Peter.

Our own boy Newtons Duke was also there. He was top 5 placed for colour in 5 rings and thoroughly enjoyed his day too.

Peters show pens were out in force and were admired by everyone. Thanks again for the photo's taken by Zawadi Bengals' official (unpaid!) photographer Peter.

    Zawadi Cat Posts

Drawing on many years of Bengals we have decided to make some Zawadi Cat Posts.

These are like no others....they are Bengal proof, made to last and very sturdy. If you would like to have one for your kittties please contact us. Please enjoy the photo below of Tutu, Aspen and Wydl test driving our base model at 80cm/ 2'8"tall for us oldies! Duke got to test another model in our garden. We are developing the range as we go along - larger and more complex posts to follow. They can be made in various colours and sizes to suit your home.
